First quarter: a rough start for Penix
Penix’s first drive back ended fast. After a 15-yard screen to Robinson picked up a first down, safety Xavier McKinney intercepted Penix over the middle on second-and-10. Robinson was the best player on the field by a wide margin. He carried 29 times for 194 yards, broke runs of 55 and 31 yards, and finished one yard short of the career high of 195 he set against the Rams in 2025. No run game and a banged-up offensive line
MarShawn Lloyd and Kaleb Johnson combined for 17 yards on eight carries. Green Bay was also without receiver Jayden Reed and two starting offensive linemen. With no ground game, Love had to throw 53 times. He completed 28 for 312 yards with two touchdowns, an interception and a 75.4 passer rating.
